Menu clearly says dipping sauces included. They don't ask you, nor include dipping sauces. 3 times in as many weeks they don't include what I paid for. Getting annoying. Tired of having to tell people how to do their jobs.
Guaranteed that every trip they'll forget something, whether napkins, butter, utensils, etc.
Service is hap hazard. One day it's good, the next it's terrible. Ordered a 3-piece meal, got 2 pieces of chicken. Condiments and napkins seem to be optional for employees to hand out. Service is so unreliable. For some reason lately all the chicken pieces have shrunk noticeably in size too.

Went to KFC at 3:20pm and ordered a 8pc meal and was told it’s be a 4 minute wait and to pull up. We waited for 20 minutes. Mind you there was no other customers at the KFC the whole time. When confronted the single worker apologized and gave some free stuff.

Went through the drive-thru, asked for alternative options for what I ordered. Happily obliged and fast service considering the sheer amount I ordered (fed 10 people).

Really appreciate some of the people at this KFC!
I do call in orders sometimes from work, with 4-8 people ordering also. They write our names on the boxes, and have it really organized. Also there are some great drive thru people. Fast, and friendly.

I have always Loved KFC Cole slaw. Sometimes that's
all I order. But today I bought some here and it was awful.
Tasted nothing like the original.

The line was 8 cars deep when I pulled in. I was in line for at most 15 minutes. Super fast and good as always.

Lobby was closed. Very good service at the drive thru. Friendly folks. The food was fresh and hot. We got enough napkins and sporks which doesn't always happen at KFC!

3 teens in car we go through drive thru, order a bucket of chicken, and 4 sides kids want frys it was going to take 3 minutes please pull a head. 15 minutes later got our frys, drove to park to eat our lunch no sporks in our bag to eat with, no straws, had to use our lids from the drink to eat our potatoes and coleslaw, but hey the gave us free cookies for waiting for our frys and our chicken was dry
