Pros: - Extremely friendly employees - Employees focused on the customer - Well made sandwich - Clean - Open late Cons: - Refuses to accept coupons - High prices I live in Chico and received in the mail a sheet of Subway coupons which I decided to take advantage of. After going through the entire process of making my sub I presented a coupon for "any Footlong sub $5.99" and was told that this Subway was a "NON-PARTICIPATING RESTAURANT" and DOES NOT ACCEPT COUPONS. What an absolute joke. So instead of paying $5.99 for my sub I had to pay $9.49. Knock it off with this nonsense, this is why the Pizza Hut in Chico went out of business. Don't play games with your customers.

My wife went to this restaurant which used to be the best Subway in town.. I asked for the cheesy cheese steak. The African-American woman told my Asian wife that she could only have onions and bell peppers on the sandwich, didn't ask what bread she wanted on it... no extra cheese at all like the add described. Made the sandwich in the most disappointingly and RUDE way she possibly could. We will NEVER EVER go back...

Absolutely horrific experience in this place. Both employees were rude and unprofessional to the two customers in line in front of me. They didn’t listen and seemed really distracted and had to re-ask what I wanted which was very simple (6” steak melt on Italian) I watched the one guy for the entire 15-20 mins I was in line make three online ordered sandwiches and was still making them when I was ready to check out which I’m sure made them cold by then and I still had to wait to pay just to get outta there. My first job was at subway back in the day and I know what it’s like to work the lunch rush shift with only two people and it’s not that hard. They basically threw the ingredients in a paper bag and threw it in the microwave so when I went to eat it it barely resembled a sandwich and the bread was undercooked and doughy the ingredients were all over the place and it tasted like trash. There was sticky soda all over the floor and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. And the whole combo: 6” melt, small soda and chips Cost over $10!!!! So unbelievably discussing and terrible. I will never be going back there again.

Ordered 1 hour ahead of time because the family and I were going to the river. I get to Subway and they start my order when i come in to pick it up because my voice sounded like someone that previously prank called them. So my family and the dog are in the truck waiting for them to make 5 sandwiches. Exactly the reason I called the food in to begin with, so they weren't waiting in the truck! Guess that prank caller is costing them more money because I'm not coming back. What happened to caller ID?

Most of the workers are nice but some people there have an attitude, and the older lady who always works at night keeps closing this location early! You should be honoring your hours for your location or update them. Further there is no bathroom at all. This is not appropriate for a restaurant. The only reason I give this location 2 stars is because some of the staff member are excellent

Good people, but the manager kept calling one worker "Willy" and when he was asked what he prefers he said "will or William" or something like that and she kept calling him Willy. Which bothered me enough to write this review.

Never been to a bad subway. I always have a decent time. This subway was good. It's healthy, staff are friendly. Like most subways, the employees don't change gloves when switching from spicy foods to regulate veggies. Some people have allergies to capsaicin. I personally don't but I've seen a subway lose every employee and shutdown until a new manager came because of someone having a trip to the hospital from jalapeno juice getting in their sandwich. Watch out for that here. For those who don't have this issue, have at it, they make very good sandwiches!
