Not a big place so relatively small menu - choice of 4 dishes per 3 courses for fixed price of a reasonable £41.50. Food quality was high. Good service. For me just lacked atmosphere - very plain decor and you could hear a pin drop. We were there on a Thursday eve so may have more ambience on a Friday or Saturday.

Excellent food which was beautifully cooked and served. Attentive service, two lovely beamed dining rooms in a pretty little building - all absolutely perfect.

Have always meant to go to Hallidays and don't know why we haven't been.
Had the most wonderful meal there this evening. Sat outside first with our drinks and nibbles looking at the menu. We both had smoked salmon to start, my husband had calves liver for main and I had black bream.All dishes hot and very tasty. My husband had cheese and biscuits for dessert and I had apple tart which is freshly cooked, 🥰 🥰 Finished with coffee and petits fours.
