I come to this store very often and everytime I see Kendra the barista she is always sure to make me feel welcome and always remembers my orders! I don’t know how she does it. Great location and altogether amazing staff.

Great god they did it!! Music, drinks, service, ambiance, the whole 9 yards. This is one of my favorite places in the world now. Anyone comes to Chi town must come here.

Great location that's always busy. This is is smaller spot and there is usually a longer line to order. Service is always great and I have never had a problem with the quality of the product. This spot stags open later than the location at Intercontinental across the street.

Snap Amazing they do look at mobile orders. Redeemed stars she gave me what i ordered. App gave appropriate pick up time.

I live the fact that they know who we are. My 10 years old especially lives it. It's like we have her special drink. The only issue is about half the time they mess up my drink. It's very frustrating but they do fix it when you call them. But I can't always turn back and have them redo my drink. The worst part is my exact order is on the side of the drink!

Good and fast service! They were training a new person, the night we went in and my friend was asking for recommendations. The poor girl was so lost. Someone came from the back, to save the day.

One of the best starbucks to come and clear your mind or get some work done. With the beautiful view of Chicago and Chicagoans passing by makes for a great experience all around. Not going to give it a 5, but pretty darn close.
