Very good, but not great. The hard to get (?) ribs were visually impressive, enormous and delicious (and expensive) but a little dry. You can't really go wrong with any of the meat dishes but all of the BBQ sauces were a little too sweet. Sides are meh. The service is terrific.

Super tasty sandwiches and ribs. Really nice atmosphere, friendly service (shoutout to Jordan!) and super yummy kosher food. I drove up from west loop to eat here. Happy to return!

The best place ever!!! My husband and I were visiting Chicago for a couple of days and we went to Milt’s twice for dinner. This is one of the best meat sandwiches I have ever had. The service was incredible the servers very attentive and helpful!

This is a very cool restaurant. All-kosher menu with vegetarian and vegan options. Being from Oklahoma where there are little to no veggie friendly options let alone kosher barbecue, we were impressed! On this day, we received a text regarding our reservation stating that the restaurant would be hot due to outdoor temp & A/C issues but it is $15/person to cancel within 24 hrs of your reserved time. I would have appreciated a waiver on that fee, because the restaurant was truly extremely hot! Their food is very good, maybe just not a great day because of the heat.

Milt's Steakhouse in Chicago is undeniably one of the most intriguing and unique dining destinations I've had the pleasure to visit. The establishment exudes a distinct charm that piques curiosity and invites you to savor a unique culinary journey. The food is an absolute delight, with each dish meticulously prepared to deliver a burst of flavors. The menu is truly commendable, reflecting an impressive selection of dishes that cater to diverse taste preferences. From the appetizers to the entrees, each offering seems to outdo the previous one in terms of taste and presentation. During my visit, I dined with a group of friends. Much to our surprise, the portion sizes were exceptionally generous. So generous, in fact, that despite our best efforts, we left some food on our plates. This does not happen often and is testament to the restaurant's commitment to offering value for your money. In conclusion, Milt's Steakhouse is a place I would gladly revisit. It leaves a lasting impression with its splendid food, impressive menu, and abundant servings. So, if you find yourself in Chicago, do make a point of visiting this delightful gastronomic hotspot. It's well worth the detour.

Meat meet meat Who thought you could find kosher barbecue in the middle of Chicago? Well @miltsbbq is serving it up with entrees like this giant dinosaur sized slab of ribs or their brisket sandwich. Don’t forget those sides or starters like the French fries, coleslaw, house made pickles, fried crispy cauliflower, pretzel bites, and the famous cornbread

One of the best restaurants I have ever gone to. You have to try the Chili! Update four years later: Milts does nothing disappoint. If I could I would have tired everything. Brisket Chilli is still my favourite. I had the Brisket burger as a main, I would take it without the bread, the burger itself was fantastic. Really great service and really reasonably priced. BTW, had trouble finding parking and then found out they have parking lot across the street.

Incredible meats! Really nothing else to say! There is a rib sandwich that we should have gotten! We ordered everything without the buns, and everything we had was delicious! They ask premium prices but the offerings are premium!
