Everything about this restaurant is perfect from their drinks to their brunch menu to their dinner menu. It’s refreshing to see a west loop establishment focus on the basics of food, service and ambiance rather than the flashiness that is all too consuming. Also, the short rib humus is some of the best humus I’ve ever had. I’ve also picked up special meals and to go orders and they still nail it every time.

We came here for brunch and had an amazing experience! We tried the berry biscuit, whipped feta, lamb and beef kebab, and braised short rib shakshouka. Everything was delicious and the service was fantastic. Would definitely recommend!

Our server Luce was amazing, attentive, has a great smile and personality! The drinks are all made with fresh juices which is a must in my opinion. The food is absolutely delicious. Fresh and so good. Love the atmosphere with all the natural light and music is top notch! Total vibe. You will absolutely be seeing us very soon! If you haven’t been you must.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. We first visited when they first opened back in 2018 and now again in 2023 (we are not from Chicago). The food tastes incredible. We got the classic hummus, crispy potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and chicken kebab plate. The house bread is addicting and you will probably be asking your server for more. The only thing we did notice is that the service is slow. It took a very long time for everything to come out but considering it was delicious we overlooked the long wait. Will definitely be returning on my next trip to Chicago.

Aba is the best food I've had in Chicago, no competition. Short-rib hummus and black garlic shrimp scampi are must-haves, and the chocolate cake blew me away!!! Excellent service and beautiful decor, you can't go wrong with a dinner here.

Aba is one of my favorite and personally highest rated restaurant ever! The service is amazing, the food is just mouthwatering, smells amazing, and delicious. The drinks are a nice pairing to their shared platesu. The indoor dining room is lively while the outdoor patio is bright and lush. I’ve dined both inside and outside. Their brunch menu is also very good — to be honest without drinks their brunch is very affordable!

Aba has been on my list since they opened up a location in Austin a few years back. I never got a chance to visit the Austin location due to it constantly being booked, so when I was visiting the Chicago area and was looking for a happy hour spot I'm glad this popped up on my OpenTable. I was able to make a reservation, enjoyed a few happy hour priced drinks and the food was fabulous. Along with an amazing view, I'm glad I was able to try the original Aba restaurant for the first time.

Rarely do I just hand out perfect 5's. Aba is definitely an exception to this as they go above and beyond to make sure you have the best culinary experience they can achieve. The food is amazing quality, and everything I've tried so far has been extremely well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The cocktail, wine, and specialty beer selection have so many choices for any meal pairing occasion, and the service makes you feel like you're right at home with some of the most professional waiters/waitresses and Chefs in the business. We need more restaurants like this in the city.

We came on a Tuesday night and had a great dinner! The food is very conducive to small plates and sharing dishes. The whipped feta dish and Brussel sprouts were particularly delicious here. Highly recommend the outdoor lounge since it has comfy sofas and heat lamps!
