Since Tony and Monica aren’t in the store a lot anymore the friendliness of staff has plummeted. Convenience to home is not everything. We should be able to make purchases without a clerk wanting to argue about it when SHE is rude and doesn’t listen to customers. Maybe it’s a language barrier but she wears the red ball cap. She overcharged for lotto not listening, she argues with customers about items behind the counter and today was the last chance for this 7-11. Management needs to step in at this location and observe behaviors. This location is far too busy for arguments at the register.

Every time I stop here (and I do mean EVERY time) there is never paper loaded to print a receipt at the pump. In the midst of a pandemic when you (and we) don't want to have to enter any store needlessly, there is no excuse for a customer having to walk to the cashier to ask for a receipt when you should be checking the status of the receipt printer at the pump. When someone comes in to ask for a receipt, shouldn't that be the trigger to send someone out to replace it?

I literally live right up the street from this 711. It used to be my favorite, but the overnight attendant... Older Asian female is by far the RUDEST cashier I have ever come across. She never gives a greeting... She waits at least 4 mins before she will even come to the counter, when you come in and she is somewhere else. She takes her time to give change back and then she drops it in my hand rudely... Every time! If she doesn't like customer service, she should work somewhere else. She really brings the value of the store down. I go out of my way to hit a convenience store now, just to avoid her and spending my money here. Two stars because it is always wonderfully clean!!!

I never write reviews about a business but i have had nothing but constant disappointment with this store. I work right across the street so its convenient but i cant count the number of times I have purchased something and realized it was expired. I have learned that i need to thoroughly check the product and the expiration date but i also feel items should be rotated out like many other stores do. I recently went in for some breakfast and purchased 3 of the ham and cheese rollers. As i was about to bite into the third one I noticed a long hair sticking out of the end. I am extremely unhappy with this store and the lack of care the employees have for their products. Make sure you check out expiration dates and any unpackaged food!!!!

This location always have an excuse about not having receipt paper at the gas pumps...today is my last day purchasing gas at this location. Just be honest we are to lazy to refill the machine paper roll.

Really impressed by how clean it was. Big store and the coffee bar was great. Tons of choices for creamer and flavors. Convenient to get in and out of.

Always welcomed when coming in the store. Tony knows what he’s doing. Always knocks down the customer line really fast which is great. Always friendly. Bought a bad/expired candy bar, they exchanged it out for me. Great service. We go here almost everyday.
