I have been shopping at this store for 25+ years and never have had a bad experience that I can remember in all those years. I see reviews about bad delivery from that store, but these have to be false because that particular store does not have delivery. Any delivery from 7-11 for that area is handled by either postmates or doordash and originates from another store in the area. I am also tired of seeing phony reviews on Google Maps about this store from people that live in Canada.

Using a delivery service, I was in the mood for food from my local Sev. I have had good experience in person, however I'm not sure what's happened between when I visit and when I request delivery. Ordered Chicken Wings (plain) and potato wedges with 2 sauces, honey mustard & garlic aoli. Received plain chicken wings and potato wedges, clearly with the taste of either old oil and/or deep fried oysters. One bite and spit it out immediately. Both chicken wings and potatoes had same unpalatable flavor. Sauces provided Chipotle and Ranch. Had to peel the breaded aspect off the chicken just to be able to eat any of it. It was easier to just throw it out. Very hungry, but so inedible, I'm choosing to starve than eat what they provided. $20 wasted. Save your money. Just order from a real local restaurant, not including the Tim Hortons in this same location, that, in person, takes 15 mins per person to serve. Shameful.

Grew up in sono so of course I've been to this 7 eleven location countless times and continue to frequent it. It's always nice buying things here, the store is usually well kept and adequately stocked. I've found certain items here that I haven't seen at other 7 eleven locations. Never had any issues with the service.

There are so many problems with this store that it's hard to know where to begin, but since all the problems stem from the employees, we'll start there. If they were rude and unfriendly it would be a dramatic upgrade, OK? They are, without question, the most disrespectful, sarcastic and hateful group of people I have ever encountered, and sadly it's a gradual process. When a new employee is hired, they are usually nice and friendly, it's only after a few weeks do they develop the attitude their co-workers display. I guess it's contagious. I can't speak for others, but I don't enjoy being greeted, if you can call it that, with comments such as "You here to buy up all my ______, again?" or "I don't appreciate you coming in here, handling things and then putting them back. What's wrong with you? Can't you decide what you want before you come in here? You wastin' everybody's time." My favorite was a threat of violence, when I was told "Don't be slamming merchandise down on my counter like that, you do it again and I'll smack you upside your head!" These comments are said with a smile and tons of sarcasm, so it places you in an awkward situation. Normally, I'd fight back if someone spoke to me like that, but when you have two other employees laughing and a host of customers doing the same, you have that "home turf" problem. By the way, and I'm not afraid to say this, this only happens to white people. This store does not employ white people, end of story. They do not treat black people the same way they treat white people. I was speaking to a work buddy on the side of the store one day and was run off for loitering, despite the fact that we had both just made purchases. This was at the same exact time a black man, who is homeless, was basically setting up camp beside the ashtrays. He's always there, with his plastic bags and backpacks, bothering customers by panhandling, but he's protected by the employees because he's black. Now, you might think it's because he's homeless and they have sympathy for him, but no, it's because he's black. I know several homeless people around here (it's a wonderful neighborhood, why do you ask?) and they've all been run off, one for cutting through the parking lot too much. The difference between them and the one who camps out? Skin color. Now, aside from attitude, they don't know how to run a 7-11. Walk in there at 12:30pm expecting to get lunch? Two hot dogs and a cheeseburger bite on the grill. Literally half of the items printed on their menu, that this store has the balls to place front and center on their counter, are never available. Things like chicken wings, chicken tenders... they never have them. Even if they have what you want, you're going to hear **** for requesting it. Once I tried ordering a pizza and was told "I don't feel like cookin' no pizza at 10 o'clock at night! We need a cut off period on when you can stop ordering stuff... I'ma create one right now." Was this person joking? Was she really going to fix the pizza? Should I walk out of the store? It's one of those situations that you can't win. If I stay, like I did, she says "What? I told you I ain't fixin' no pizza." If I go, she says "Come back, I was just joking, can't you take a joke?" Who wants to deal with that kind of immature nonsense when stopping by a convenience store? Sometimes there are franchise-wide sales, such as candy bars B2G1. 9 times out of 10 these sales are not honored at this location... not because they choose to opt out, but because the employees are too stupid to process them. I've been told that white chocolate items are not included in various sales. Mind you they weren't scanned and rung up as not being on sale; they were never scanned in the first place, and she refused to scan them at all. Again, immature nonsense that normal people wouldn't think twice about. "Oh, you say this is on sale? Let's see. *beep* Oh, you were right/wrong." instead of "I SAY IT'S THIS WAY AND I'M RIGHT!" I really could go on and on about this nightmare of a business, but you get the idea and I'm out of room.

I came here to get dinner since 7-11 is the only place open and it was closed with the doors barricaded and the phone kept off hook while I could see employee inside

They need to learn how to do their job. Working there for 14 years you should know how to by now.
