Basking Robbins is my favorite ice cream place, but this location has the worst customer service. Ice cream are not labeled. The employees don't even know what ice creams they have. My family went there because is the location closer to our house, but next time we will go to another place. We got some milkshakes and they barely put ice cream in it. Come on!! They are almost $6 and they tasted like milk. Also, the scoops of ice cream were very small and ice cream was super soft. When outside the temperature was 38F. I'm very disappointed! Basking Robbins is better than this!!

This store never has all of the menu items, even before the pandemic. The employees don’t want to be there and it just is a bad experience everytime. Not the Baskin Robbins I remember growing up.

They are the only Baskin Robins that doesn’t fill your DoorDash order. They don’t know how to fresh pack ice cream. I’m pretty sure they lose a lot of customers daily. Next review is contacting Baskin Robins to make sure they know how much this store is ruining their name.

The employees are nice and easy to work with. I like the area in which the Baskin Robins is located. They always have great new ice cream flavors and some really good veteran flavors as well.

The personnel leave you less than flat. The girl who helped me had never scooped a cone in her entire life. Asked and paid for a double scoop cone and after 5 agonizing minutes, was finally handed the worlds 2 smallest scoops basically amounting to 1 scoop. No training but any management, obviously! Very sad. Won’t be back!

The only reason I gave it a three stars cuz the lady at the counter was nice. There were two people in the back, but nobody came to help the poor lady at the front. We had to wait for a donut service because the one lady at the front was doing ice cream. The place was not clean, it was just dingy looking and run down. Not very many places to sit. I would not go back, was not impressed.

I couldn't use my employees discount at this location witch was bad. Had to pay full price. The soft serve icecream machine doesn't work and that hasn't been fixed an it's going on 2 years it's been out of order. But I really like the lady that helped me, she made it work.

Wonderful place as always. Best all around ice cream! Great selection. Staff friendly and helpful. Ive been a customer over 10 years and the only time I was disappointed was when I was pregnant and they had run out of cookie and cream ice cream. Otherwise, 100% satisfied every time. Enjoy!
