Hardee's

I've been meaning to write this review for the past month. I have been in customer service for almost 30 years. I know the importance of it, and I'm thrilled when I receive excellent service! I love your employee named Maria. I have been to this location a few times, but this is the first time I had the pleasure of meeting Maria. She was a breath of fresh air compared to the service I usually receive at any fast food restaurant. Maria was very friendly and courteous. I could immediately tell that she enjoys her job. I can't remember how long she's worked there, but it's been quite some time. You have an asset working for you. I work in Virginia Beach. If I worked in Chesapeake, I would recruit her in a heartbeat! If I ever do get transferred to Chesapeake, I will definitely come and see Maria. So treat her well!!! ;)

Very disappointed the last few times I have gone to this Hardees. Their quality and consistency has greatly decreased. This used to be the Hardees to go to in Chesapeake but my last few visits have been less than stellar. From customer service that is lacking friendliness to food that is lack luster at best. We ordered breakfast platters this morning with completely flat biscuits and gravy without sausage. Our last order of fried chicken came with 4 burnt biscuits. We recently ordered 2 chicken biscuits for breakfast only to find they were made with burnt biscuits and dried, overcooked chicken. Three times in a row we have been disappointed. There will not be a fourth.

Clean enough to use the restroom. Floor was a lil sweaty. Almost slipped. I informed a manager and she said she was waiting on a plumber. Umm, didn't know you needed a plumber to put out a wet floor sign or putting a grip rug on the floor for the seniors. Guess you do. Just trying to look out for the seniors whose balance may not be as good as mine.
