We went to Applebee's for my birthday. After supper I received a dessert and the wait staff sang happy birthday. The food was delicious and my family also liked their food. Our waitress was pleasant and helpful. She went to ask a specific question about preparing a meal. She came back with the answer and we placed our orders. Thank you Applebee's at Chesapeake Square Mall for making my day extra special.

I've never been so disappointed with Applebee's. Went this Saturday to enjoy a nice meal with my daughter. I was looking forward to a nice juicy steak. The steak came and when I cut into the steak it was literally 3 different colors. When I flipped it over only one side had grill marks. It looked like it was microwaved. I was so disappointed. I should of said something to the manager but I don't think she would of cared. I still left my waitress a $10 tip. It wasn't her fault.

Our waitress (Angel) was amazing! She was very patient and thoughtful. When she noticed our drinks were getting a little low she brought us all refills. She was also very funny and great to talk to! She constantly checked in on us to make sure we were doing good. She treated us like we were the only customers she had!

We dined in on Mother's Day and it was delightful. The food was hot and good. I wish there was more bourbon barbecue sauce on the chicken and shrimp which is why I give 3 out of 5 stars. And the soda was watered a bit. However we enjoyed our meals and the service!

Our waitress (Donna) was amazing. She was delightful, professional and very responsive. We had a great dining experience because of her jovial personality and attentiveness. We need more people like Donna to make dining out enjoyable. With her warm personality and customer engagement, she would be great at training and managing others. When we dine at Applebees again, we will look for Donna.

It was not to busy at 6pm , the waitress was great. I wish I asked her name, she was so wonderful. It was a Birhday dinner so she had her hands full. My food was great. The chicken sandwich my niece ordered looked amazing. Everyone seemed to like their food .

By far one of my best experiences in a chain restaurant. A couple snafus; mixed up orders and such, but nothing that wasn't easily fixed on our own. They had nowhere near enough staff, but those who were there busted their tails. But, over all, nicely flavored food

My family and I, had a nice family night. The waitress was awesome and the food was delicious my son loved the mozzarella sticks (first time trying). We definitely enjoyed our time there.
