I come to this Starbucks all the time. There has been few times they've messed up on my order, but always pretty much on point. Today, the line was extra long, there was an employee outside taking orders. As the line moved up, so did the cars, so did I. I drove up passed her because she was on her earpiece talking to someone so, I drove up behind the last person. She proceeded to yell at me that she was taking orders. Which YOU NEVER should yell st a customer ,especially when you're on your ear piece talking to someone. Extremely TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered a venti iced coffee and my cup was not filled up. I asked the cashier if they're not filling up the cups and she said, no, they didn't get a shipment today. This Starbucks is seriously poor managed, bad customer service, and the quality of the coffee is terrible.

Not happy with the experience I just had. Came in to reload my card and purchase a beverage. I was greeted when I came in. The reload happened. And things tanked VERY fast after that! The phone rang and the employee answered it right in front of me and began to engage in an entire conversation with the person about a job like I wasn't standing there. SO RUDE. They even took the time to grab pen and paper like I was not the priority. I find out while listening that the worst part is this person is a 'supervisor'. I finally interjected and asked if someone else could help me because I had to go. They offer to finally continue assisting me (never telling the person to hold; like they should have to begin with) only to tell me that I'd basically been standing there for nothing because they didn't even have the chocolate creme for the cold brew. The newest drink and like always, Starbucks is unprepared to provide the product they advertise. Horrible experience.

There is a lady who works in the am her name is Susan who is literally the sweetest woman and always makes me feel welcome lol he never I come in. She always asks how my workout was or how work is going. Today was my birthday and she made my experience even more special by drawing on my cup. Besides that the entire starbucks is super efficient in mobile order times and getting drinks out fast.

I love this location! The drive through is slow but I just don’t go when there’s a line. Always the friendliest baristas! The woman working drive through today got me hooked on a new favorite drink :)I’m so happy this place is in my neighborhood.

Ordered the amazing white choc mocha. Taste like coffee water. Call the store 15 mins before they close to see if I can bring it back. No answer. No way to contact via app or website besides calling. And no call. Coffee going from 5 to over 6.00 a cup to taste like dirty water is ridiculous. Starbucks has gone down over the last 2 years.

I personally think starbucks is over priced and over rated, even though I just spen$23 for 3 cups of coffee. My family 👪 loves it. I try to make it a once in a while thing on special occasion. Again it is way over priced and over rated.

Ordered 2 tall drinks and a sandwich. Waited for about 10 mins saw an order that looked like ours but didn't grab it because we thought someone else ordered it and they didn't call a name. We went up there to check on order and the very sarcastic unprofessional barista with purple and blue hair rudely acted like it was our fault when they didn't say the correct name. They threw away the food and remade it. The terrible barista then said easy fix sarcastically. Maybe Starbucks needs to step up their hiring process and not hire any rude person with terrible people skills.
