Mod Pizza

Place were messy. Servers had there back turned why I had to wait over a minute before they took my order. They were confused with salad pizza on cauliflower crust asking me what salad size also looking at the 2 salad promo. Fortunately, someone else came to the rescue and knew what I was ordering. The guy baking the pizza does not really pay attention to the pizza in the oven. Just waiting. He looked messy and also spilling sauce everywhere. All the juices were almost empty. Not as good as the one at the outlet in Norfolk. Good thing: the pies were still good.

I absolutely Love this place!!! They are truly amazing if you suffer from allergies/intolerances. I m gluten, lactose and allium intolerant, with high cholesterol. I basically can't eat anything 😕 BUT I can eat here!!! They are so accommodating, and considerate. My gluten and lactose intolerance are mild, but the allium intolerance is SEVERE. MODs website had detailed allergen and ingredients list, so I could easily identify and exclude foods that would cause a reaction. Even with exclusions, they still had a large amount of toppings that were safe for me to eat, and they had gluten free crust and dairy-free cheese! The staff took every precaution to keep me safe, fresh gloves, pulling my topping from off the line to prevent cross contamination, even cutting my food with a fresh roller! My pizza was delicious 😋 I shelessly devoured the entire thing, while doing a happy yummy food-shimmy in my seat I will definitely be back, and you should go there too!!!

Good pizza hence 3 stars... However the online ordering sucks. Every time I come here their ordering system says, for example; order will be ready at 6:23, so that's when I arrive... Only to find myself waiting 10 minutes... Please just quote an accurate time and aim to beat it rather than over promising and under delivering.

Acknowledge your customers. I stood there, with 4 people working behind the counter around 11:25. Not one person acknowledged I was there, not a hello nor a nod. I understand if you are busy with what I am guessing were online orders since I was the only customer there. I stood and waited… nothing. I left. I work across the street and have gone many times with my team. Truly disappointed.

Came to the door @ 10:29 door was open. The manager was very rude and said they were closed until 10:30. We asked if we could just wait inside since door was open. They made us go outside for 5 more minutes. The service was horrible . Manager rolled her eyes at least 3 times as we were ordering. She had long hair it was only put up half way . Dangling all down her shirt while she was preparing the food . I will never spend money here again. Horrible experience
