I would like to thank Charlotte and Perminder for their recommendations on treatment and face creams that I should use. Charlotte recommended me having dermafrac treatment,which helps with wrinkles. Perminder helped me choose a cleanser, face cream, eye cream as well as using an alternative for an exfoliater. Since changing my face creams my face feels different and alot better.

I had been suffering from hair loss for a while and decided to try PRP treatment and WOW after just one treatment my hair loss completely stopped, and I am already starting to see regrowth. I was made to feel so comfortable when receiving treatment and Perminder is always so friendly and goes out of her way to be as flexible as possible. Wouldn't go anywhere else, the best!

PRP.. I was apprehensive but wow it is Amazing! This is the first time I’ve ever had the treatment and have been totally blown away by the results. The next day I woke up and was stunned at how good my skin looked, younger, plumper just more youthful! And apparently the full effects are not seen until 3-4 weeks. Treatment takes around an hour, Diana the practitioner, was professional, caring, an expert, installing confidence in the procedure and putting me fully at ease. Injections feel the same as having Botox, but there is no bleeding and I didn’t have any bruising. This treatment is an absolute must, I have already booked my next treatment and can’t wait.

Went in for a universal countour wrap and scalp massage. Everyone was friendly on arrival and no waiting around. The lady that completed my treatments was lovely and professional. Made sure I was comfortable and had water throughout my treatments. Salon was clean and COVID measures in place so felt comfortable throughout my treatments.

I have had a pigmented face for years which worsen during my first pregnancy. I have tried almost every product on the market but had no results. I was worried that I would have to leave with it, until one day I came across a Medispa rep who introduced me to the Obagi products. Amazing product. Unbelievable results. Noticed a huge difference after 3 weeks and more than expected results in 6 weeks. I cannot Express how grateful I am to the staff of Medispa. They are welcoming , approachable and very helpful and provided thorough information about the products. I would recommend this service and product to anyone with uneven toned/pigmented skin. There is no price to regaining my esteem.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my treatments at Another Level Medispa. The staff are all extremely friendly, the clinic is clean and tranquil. Going there was a real treat. Parminder is extremely knowledgable about the different treatments and skin products that would be suited to your own individual skin type and sensitivity. She also provides excellent advice from a holistic point of view as she cares about the results. I would like to also make a special mention to Jess one of the beauty practitioners, who was lovely to chat to also very knowledgeable and very reassuring.

I've been having a course of laser hair removal here for a while now and I couldn't recommend both the treatment and staff enough; it has worked fantastically so I'm really pleased with the results! Everyone comes across as really professional and knowledgeable about the treatments, and Jess in particular has been so lovely and brilliant throughout, easily 5 stars.

I have been going to this Spa since before it was owned by Perminder. I have always found the staff friendly & professional. Recently my treatments have been done by Belle who is a lovely young lady. She is very patient & attentive & non judgemental of my NOT beach body ready. Just recently qualified I would rate her up with the members of the team, who are also as equally patient & professional. Had my first ever luxury manicure, luxury pedicure and full body massage here today. It is warm and welcoming from entry to finish. Staff are very polite and made me feel very comfortable throughout my treatments. Absolutely loving my nails! And the massage was extremely relaxing - and helpful to learn that I had very tight muscles in some areas. The masseuse spoke to me about stretching out my muscles before workouts, which was nice to hear she was taking an interest in making me feel better. I enjoyed the whole experience and even though it was my first, I feel I wouldn't need to go anywhere else for future treatments! A very nice added extra was that I was a bit hungry after all that pampering, and on my receipt they gave me 20% off at the cafe downstairs! Brilliant service throughout and couldn't recommend it more! Thank you to all at another level medispa and cafe, it was wonderful!
