Building is closed and expect a 5+ minute wait for the drive thru. Food is good and service was great with a smile. Just wished for faster lines.

When I die and go to heaven, I want this Burger King up there with me. This is a wonderful establishment, had my regular #3 combo impossible whopper and the food was fresh and fast. Easy location to access. Drive thru and dining area is open, employees are friendly and prompt. What’s not to love?

I would give a half a star if I could! My husband and I went through the drive thru at 5:15pm we ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches and a whopper jr with cheese. The first whopper I got was nasty old dry and just flat out disgusting! So my husband went into the building and let them know, he said as he was waiting for them to make the burger he seen the cook digging through the patties to make my sandwich! Obviously if that patty was old the rest of them probably need to be thrown out as well! I’ve worked for Burger King before and I will say it don’t take long to put a hamburger patty through the meat cooker and make a fresh patty! Instead they would rather give me this burger as photo in the pictures! Horrible horrible place! It was not busy at all either so that couldn’t be an excuse! Very very unsatisfied! Wouldn’t recommend this place!

My Sister and I went to this Burger King on May 10th and I will NEVER go there again. The sign said Dine In was Open. My Sister and I walked up, to the dining room doors at 4:30pm and when we tried opening the doors, they were locked and there were employees standing around talking. We ended up going through Drive Thru and we were the third car, in line and a poor truck driver was standing in Drive Thru, to order his food. It took 30 minutes to get our food and when we done receiving our food, the poor truck driver was still standing across, from the Drive Thru window, waiting for his food. I called on May 13th and spoke to the manager and told her about this awful experience and all she kept telling me was, we're short staffed and the employees will lock the front door, if short staffed. I explained all these employees were just standing around talking. She informed me, she could only hire sixteen and seventeen year olds and that no adults are willing to work there. I was also traveling up North and having to spend 30 minutes in Drive Thru was ridiculous. I should of gone to McDonalds across the street and I have been to that McDonalds and there food is great and service is excellent! At least, McDonalds's takes care of there customers. What's Burger King's excuse?

This place is a flipping joke dinning room not open only can use drive thru. Tomorrow will be calling corporate office to complain every other dinning room is open in the area but this one. 3rd time I have come here

Ordered food on the app in the parking lot at this restaurant. I went through the drive through they tell me they don't have my order. I tell them I have the receipt they say they can't help me call the app people. I call the app people They tell me it was sent to Rochester burger king I say I don't know why that happened ok transfer the order back to Chehalis they say we can't do that. They say call the Rochester location ask them to cancel
it and they will give me the money back. I call Rochester they say we can't give you the money back I tell them I am like 20 minutes away and I can't drive up there right now they say sorry can't help you so guess what no food no money back the worst service ever .
It should not be this hard I should not have to call all these places to get this resolved .Noone wants to fix it or even try.

Just passed through to get food for our family. Guy on the speaker had good customer service. Very upset that my daughter had a small curly hair in her fries. Disgusting!! Very disgusting

My app wasn't working right. I wanted a family bundle but I couldn't get it to work. The manager gave me the bundle without my code. Great customer service!
