Why they didn’t do the double drive through when they remodeled is soo frustrating. It looks much nicer but still takes forever to get through the drive through. They are always busy which is great for business. But, it’s 90% just the line taking forever to progress.

I've tried and tried again to like this one because it's on a convenient drive-thru route for me. But they've become so inconsistent. I submit a report for quality control of an inedible food item. I thought it would help. They did reach out to me...countless times, directly from the store even though on the report I selected not to be contacted. They wanted to give me coupons for the same item. 🤣 I never reported again. But after cold hashbrowns, bad lattes, grumpy employees with attitude...I never know if it's gonna be a good visit. It's not the healthiest food, lol, so honestly, I just decided just to not go to any McDonald's anymore. 🤷🏻♀️

Customer service was awful, food was cold like it had been in the fridge. Who wants to eat a cold McGriddle? Not me, so I wasted almost 5 bucks. After 1 Bite it was spit out and tossed out the window. Smh

Really good place in regards to service and food. It looked like the crew that was there worked really fluently. Was in and out pretty quick. Will go back here for sure.

530 in the morning, time to wake that backside up, hit up the drive through for a mobile order and the caffeine hits. It’s a great day to be alive and moving in the right direction. I love the app and the deals. The 530 morning crew are damn nice too.

I would give them more stars if they just had more staff. I’ve literally been in the drive-through for 34 minutes as of right now and I’m still one car away. The speaker doesn’t work It says due to weather… Drive to the first window. You drive to the first window and it says next window. So you have to order. Pay. And receive your food off from the second window. This is insane

If you want cardboard tasting food. This is definitely the place to receive it. You wait 30 mins in line just to get food that was cooked a whole day before. Disappointing! Doesn’t deserve any stars.

This Mcdonald's is one of the worst in Chattanooga. Customer service is terrible and had us waiting for our food for 30 minutes. When they finally showed up to give us our food it wasn't even the right order. After they brung out the correct order I went home and they didn't even gives us our basket of fries. One of the worst Mcdonald's in terms of customer service and food.
