If ya had to deal with all the mess that goes on in that store I mean walmart ya would be distance and quite. It seems every body got something to complain about. They are short staffed and over work but they are all really sweet people once you get to know them. There's nicole Neha Robert & Jacqueline you just can't make every body happy no matter what you do most have been working there 3 years plus and they work really hard to keep store clean & pest free

I ordered a pizza online came after it should be ready, and it wasn’t. That was fine as there was only one worker there and she was clearly still busy when I got there. I do not hold that against them. However after I got my pizza and went home I noticed the boxes had several ants in it. I called and was told the ants came from my car and nothing else. Seems possible but I got food from other places and they were all perfectly fine. I also searched the backseat of my car to see if there were more and could find none. It is possible that they did come from my car, but I find it highly unlikely.

The lady behind the counter refused to serve me and my daughter saying that we had a bad attitude and she remembered us from before I have never felt with her nor has she served me she started yelling at us telling us to leave I’ve only been in the city of Chattanooga for 3 months and never felt with this lady before. I guess it’s true all black people look alike o want to give no stars due to her attitude

The man was the only one there. He seemed to not want to work there. He wasn’t that sanitary either. When I asked that my spicy Italian not have salami he got mad at said the his meat count would be off. I said well I will call corporate and he said sure go do that. He made our sandwiches very poorly. This is my 3rd time having poor customer service there. Will not be back.

The older female worker is extremely rude and needs to be fired. She shut the oven down 30 minutes before closing and had the nerve to get mad because the ice that she overfilled spilled on the counter when she was handing it to me. When I was ordering she kept scoffing and sighing under her breath and she gave me the wrong change.

I'm from out of town and needed to stop to get something to eat and get something in the Walmart. I'm giving this Subway 2 stars cuz the sandwiches were ok but the lady making our sandwiches had a bad attitude I can understand that she was busy and that she was by herself and I for one know that can be hard on a person but she needs to understand to not take it out on her customers especially when they are being patient and nice towards her. She really needs to work on her customer service.

Had to stand and wait for the two ladies here to finish talking bad about the business and other employees before they would take my order. She puts my sandwhich in the toaster then goes back to talk about people again with the other girl while she waits. I start eating my food and the bread tastes stale and the ingredients don’t taste good. Awful store and awful food i will never waste my money here again.
