Subway

A 5 star subway all the way around! It was clean, super clean! Smelled fresh and inviting! I was warmly greeted by a professional, clean groomed attractive young lady and service was top notch, EVEN WITH a SMILE 😁. I have to say this is my first visit, but I'll drive out of my way to patron this Subway! BEST of f the BEST! Thank you for making my visit a great one!

Ordered online, they have said the sandwiches would be ready in 20 minutes, waited 20 minutes went to the store waited another 10. One of the three sandwiches in the order was missing five of its ingredients. The sandwich was a Baja turkey avocado footlong, guess what one of the ingredients that was missing was? Avocado! Called the store to tell them I was displeased, all they said is I'll get it right the next time, that kind of attitude I highly doubt it. Will not be eating Subway any longer.

Got charged 6 times for one sub been to store twice, no manager ever working apparently, took my name and number never to call me back and everytime I call the store they’re “texting the manager about it” and they’ll get back to me. I provided screenshots and proof and a simple refund or gift card would have been an easy fix but instead I paid 25 dollars for a 6” sub and no correct customer service. What kind of buisness is ran this way? Pathetic

Never had and issue till today the manger that was there making or order was really rude idk if she was having a bad day or not but she could have been a lil more respectful and patient while we were order for not only us but two others as well and we making sure it was right but she wanted to rush when we were the only people in the restaurant there was no line and the tables where nasty and the other person there not cleaning them like they are supposed to with a rag and cleaner just her hand and the counter behind the glass still food on it not even cleaned off
