Not only is the food at Chimm DELICIOUS, but their customer service is top notch, as well. I placed an order through a delivery/pickup app and accidentally selected the wrong option, unbeknownst to me. Within an hour I received a text message and email from one of the employees alerting me of the mistake and directing me how to correct it. Definitely one of our favorite places!

When I found out that Thai Cuisine had a new sister restaurant in Cville, I was stoked to check it out. It did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in the door, service was impeccable! Our hostess was personable and friendly and our server was AWESOME. He was funny, attentive and great at anticipating everything we needed. The shrimp fresh rolls were super fresh and that peanut sauce was everything. I opted for pho while my mate had the drunken noodle with chicken. WOW to both! The pho broth was perfect. It was aromatic right away, which gave me a sigh of relief. I'm always a little nervous about pho broth when I try a new place. The broth was complex without being overly heavy or greasy. The meat was perfect and tender. They bring out a spice tray and sriracha upon request, so you can customize your heat level. (Hotttt for me!) Our server even asked if I needed extra basil, jalapenos or sprouts! Bonus points for the thoughtfulness. The drunken noodles were so full of flavor and cooked perfectly. Writing this is making me hungry for a big ol' plate. My only issue now is that I'll be torn on my next visit. I already know I love two of the dishes and I'll want both, but I also want to try everything else. Where do I find extra stomachs?!

My new favorite place in town for Thai! A friend and I went for lunch and she tried the lunch special drunken noodles with fried tofu. I had the beef pho and we got the crispy chicken spring rolls and the dumplings to share. Everything was delicious! The food was piping hot and the service was excellent as well!

There are very few Thai restaurants in town I enjoy and would recommend to others, and Chimm just made my list. The staff were extremely hospitable and knowledgeable about their product, nice ambiance, and a very diverse menu to accommodate vegans. Overall, we had a nice experience and pleasantly wait for them to add more Pho dishes :)
