Cava

Great option if you need a place with vegan or vegetarian meals. The food here is consistent with other Cava locations, however the service at this Charlottesville location was not as great as in other cities. It’s fast casual so I think the food is more important. We always get the bowl with a mix of grains and greens. Favorite dressing is the garlic 🧄, favorite spread is the Harissa and the roasted eggplant. Make sure you ask for the pita 🫓 bread

CAVA is the ONLY restaurant that I will order a salad or power bowl from. The ingredients are fresh and I can tell their base greens are rotated to keep fresh. Going down the line from the lettuce to the dressing you will find numerous tasty additions that will turn your basic salad into a fulfilling meal. Try the crazy feta - you will not be disappointed. Their falafel is made in house as are many of the toppings and you can see many being prepared in the open kitchen. Dine in - take out and the covered patio are options for enjoying your meal.

This is my 3rd time eating at CAVA. This time I brought a friend that has never been. I tried the cilantro lime sauce this time and the jasmine tea mixed with lemonade 10/10. Sidney and Drew were so patient, kind & very helpful. They are the reason I branched out to try other options. Outstanding customer service!!!! Thank you all so much!!!
