WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! i only had $10 with me so filled up a bucket and asked cashier to tell me the price. he said, $6. knowing i had a few more dollars to spend i filled up a second bucket with the exact same thing as the first except much, much less. i put them both on the scale and the cashier stated it would be $16!!! I stated "the second one is much smaller, how can it be over $10 more?" the cashier stated, "i agree with you, its much smaller but thats what the computer says so thats how much you owe". I asked if there was anything he could do and he just kept stating, "the computer says $16". not once did he offer the weigh them separately, get a manager or try to solve the problem which was clearly a mistake on the computer. needless to say, i walked out without ice cream. i will say, its a very nice, clean place in a great location.. just has terrible customer service.
