Friendly service, the place was clean, breakfast sandwich was done just right, and the coffee (free reward) was very good as usual, and piping hot. Finished with an excellent cinnamon roll.

Great customer service from the staff. Forrest is a customer service king! They did not have coffee out on the table because they were making a new batch and he offered to take my cup and fill it for me in the back so I didn't have to wait. Very attentive to my needs even though it was busy. Give this man a raise.

Quite the breakfast and lunch. Very exquisite soups, sandwhiches, and bagels. In my recent visit. I ordered the cinnamon crunch bagel with cream cheese for breakfast. At lunch I ordered the chicken and wild rice soup with the steak and cheddar sandwich. Very delicious combo. I highly recommend. All of this deliciousness while studying is the best :)

Best Panera bread I have EVER been to. They are ALWAYS on point. Everyone is friendly, order is always accurate, food is always good. Plus, they truly support the military which is amazing.

I always get their pick 2. Frontega chicken and a soup. For soups I would get their potatoe one, chicken and wild rice (which I'm eating now), and their chicken noodle. All are absolutely amazing. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Never had a bad experience.

Quick and consistent, but a long line if you go right at noon. It's a good place to pick up a dozen bagels or a coffee cake on your way to the office if you need something for a morning meeting. It's also a healthier place to eat than many of the other places nearby (except for some excellent ethic restaurants), which tend toward burgers and pizza.

Sometimes when they're busy it can take a bit to get a sandwich/panini, but that's because they make them fast. If you're polite, the staff is really kind. I think they care a lot about their job.
