3 of us walked in to this location. There was one sandwich maker behind the counter already working on what looked like an online order. We kept waiting for about 5 minutes and she didn't acknowledge us at all. Walked by us couple of times and didnt even make eye contact. We were the only ones in line so felt like she didn't want to help us. We walked out. Every other Subway I got to they always acknowledge customers and let them know they'll be right with us. Not this one. Very poor customer service and stuck up and rude worker.

The lady would not replace my sandwich that my husband ordered wrong for me that day. I could understand if I took a bite and wanted my money back but I just wanted dinner and they refused to make it over for me. I'm allergic to some stuff that was in the sandwich and my sugar was low. It was just a 6inch. They said no they wouldn't replace it. It's not like he asked to replace 3 sandwiches it was just a 6inch Very rude. Never going to that subway.

I went yo this subway on May 24 and they don't clean there knifes the guy cut a tuna sandwich and the person making my food picked up the same knife and cut mine without washing or wiping the knife and then she asked why I don't want the sandwich anymore

Sandwich was good took about 25 mins to get 1.5 sandwiches though with only one person ahead of me. Need faster service.

Around 3 pm it was hella busy there was only one employee. Even though she did awesome making the sandwiches and ringing customers up. They should have at least 2 people there not just 1
