An excellent classic Burger joint. Cheap and good is a rarity in this class, but they pull it off. If I'm headed to SE Illinois from home, I'll usually route myself through Centralia just to grab grub here.

Excellent food, the burger was bigger than I expected and was fantastic! Plenty of fries, properly cooked and crisp. The price was very reasonable and I enjoyed hearing the banter between the employees. Great customer service!

Best Burgers in town was not understated. I was in town for business and a friend recommended that if I wanted a burger that was the place to go. Their prices are really affordable and the food is great. They recently started taking credit cards. They are glad to customize it however you want.

Two stars only because I know the owners wouldn’t allow what I’ve seen happen when they aren’t there. 20 minutes for 5 cheeseburgers but was able to watch all 4 younger employees working behind the grill eat the whole 30 minutes I was there. Big party comes in after I had waited for 10 min and they get all of their order while I waited until they were done chatting to get my order 5 min later. Seen no one wash their hands and touched multiple things without gloves including while they cooked and handled the food. Breaded mushrooms were way over cooked and fries were cold and rubbery. No wonder the place is going out of business when one of the girls working ate two sandwiches and nachos and must be getting paid to stand around and talk and not do a thing.

The burgers are good; prices are good if youre buying several, got 5 cheeseburgers for approximately 7 bucks. The fries are crinkle cut and very good. This is a mom & pop that hits all the right notes; friendly, tasty, cozy, and a nostalgic atmosphere.

Probably the best food around. I love the burgers and the What-a-burger. I've always had an amazing time with the staff. They are always smiling or cracking jokes. I always love going in there and seeing such a small home town restaurant doing so well. Keep up the great work.

Had a BLT, it was very good lot of Bacon, others had Hamburger they were great.
Cheese sticks and onion rings are really really good. People there are so nice. I live in FL. When I am in town always have it stop in to eat.
