I have a very good experience at Ruby Tuesday's and was very surprised. The food was good. I ordered the avocado grilled chicken with potato tots and salad bar. Food was a good temperature, our waitress Sarah was awesome, all of the staff was friendly. Salad bar was tidy and restaurant clean. I'd visit this restaurant again. Only thing was a slight smell in the restroom, although it appeared clean. Maybe use some lemon in there. Thanks!

Salad bar is always fresh with a wide selection of toppings. Steak and chicken were cooked perfectly and the key lime cake is amazing. Come check it out!

I ordered pickup. The 12oz Bella Peppercorn Rib eye and asked for medium. It was well done. My coworker ordered the Crispy chicken sandwich. I'm including a photo of the grease she squeezed out of the bun.

Try the bourbon chicken, chicken strips, pork chops or ribs they are awesome! Always fresh salad and great drinks and desserts!

The service was very slow, but it was no fault of the bartender /waiter / host. There was only one person doing everything out front. No matter how fast he moved he was always behind because he had to stop by the door to bring people in and he had to continually watch for food ready to be coming out and at the same time still collect new orders. Also serve beverages at the bar. I don't know if this was a normal occurrence or a problem with someone not coming in but a manager should have contacted somebody to come in to help or the manager should have helped because there was no reason that he didn't have some help! He is trying to remain calm and courteous but you can tell he feels bad that he can't do a better job. A lot of people I've turned around at the door and left after waiting to be taken to a table and it not happening soon enough. This has nothing to do with the gentleman trying to take care of all this he is just in a very bad predicament at this point. the manager is evidently in the back doing cooking trying to keep all the orders flowing and that's why he is no longer out here trying to assist. That was the information I just received from the waiter / host / bartender. If they had the manpower that they should have to run this restaurant currently the food and service would be was coming in for.

The place is dirty. The seat are ripped and the salad bar was filthy. The burger was fantastic and the service was awesome. When I notice a restaurant is this dirty you have to wonder how dirty the kitchen is. Wont go back. They wonder why they are closing so many down. You have to keep the place up to date and clean. People do not like dirty establishments. Corporate greed again will be your downfall.

Was so excited to be there for my birthday. Heard salad bar was awesome. Wish we never went. So disappointed. Salad bar was gross. We felt as if the server was trying to hurry us. My husband went to the salad bar, when he got back dinner was already there. He brought his home. I had to ask for a refill on my drink. She took all of our dishes off our table even our napkins and I still had a drink on the table. She also took our bill off the table before we got up. Never had that done before...ever! SUCKED!!! We will never be back!

I haven't been back since.... ... it was a Wednesday night at about 7:20pm. We had been multiple times before (to the point of knowing most of the wait staff and memorizing the menu). We tip well (usually 20%) for good service and the bartenders know our usual drinks.<br/><br/>... it was a Wednesday night at about 7:20pm. Entered, walked to the bar, ordered our drinks and requested that the bartender change the channel to "Jeopardy" (which hadn't been a problem before). The bar was mostly empty. No one was watching any of the 8 TV's behind the bar. We asked to watch "Jeopardy" on one of the TV's. The bartender says, "I'm not allowed to change the channel". I say, "Fine, hand me the remote and I'll do it." He says, "I'm not allowed to do that either." I say, "Fine, find your manager. We are regulars and there hasn't been a problem before." Manager comes over and I ask to have the channel changed. The manager says, "Corporate policy, we can't change them off of the sports stations." I say, "Fine, I'm leaving, cancel the $80 food and drink order, we will go somewhere else to watch Jeopardy." To which he says, "ok."<br/><br/>I filled out the online complaint at Rubytuesdays.com while leaving the bar. No one ever called me or emailed me to see what the issue was. I filled it out again--No response. Again--No response. Again--Do they even read those online comments?<br/><br/>My friends and I would go in to this location a few times a week and the bar and food will was usually (with tip) $100. We haven't been back.<br/><br/>That was about a year ago. Guess they don't need or want my business.<br/><br/>Oh well. The food was usually good. But then, supporting locally owned China Cottage and Elsa's... the owner doesn't care what we watch on TV and are happy for our business.

Good food, good service.. Went to dinner and had the petite sirloin and husband had the chicken fingers. Food was good and server very attentive. White cheddar mashed potatoes were good, new mac and cheese were so so.
