I hate to be hard on fast food workers I understand it's not the best work and it can be hard but I also know that it's not hard to put pride into the food you put out. Any time I've ever worked fast food I made a point to only hand over a food that I would want myself. For the 2nd time in a row I am unbelievably dissatisfied with the food that I was served here. cheeseburger with no cheese,Sandwiches built the wrong way, cold French fries and all this after a 20 minute wait and paying $22 for 2 meals.

I went through the drive-thru of the Blair's ferry burger King in cedar rapids at 7:15pm on May 27th 2022. The reason I'm giving specifics is because the young man who took my order was very friendly and polite. He made sure my order was the way I wanted, and then he didn't just hand me the bag. He told me the custom order was on the bottom, and the fries were so fresh they were hot. This may seem a small thing, but I think this is how service can be, even for fast food, so I wanted to thank him. I don't know his name, but I'll remember his extra effort. Thank you!

Tried eating in for a cool spot on a hot , but dining room was closed ( due to short staff ) . I then placed a Mobile order. I waited in line for 10 minutes before I got my food . I got to my location to eat and noticed my order was messed up AND missing items . Now I am not exactly completely holding it against them because of being short staffed ( because I've never had a problem before ) .

Tonight I drove up to the drive-thru at 7:48 p.m. for 3 minutes I witnessed two people, one in front of the counter and one behind the counter stand there looking like they were having a conversation. Then someone went to the drive-thru and said, hold on I need a minute. 2 minutes later he finally took my order. I pulled up to the drive-thru where there was one car waiting in front of me who moved on about 2 minutes later. At 7:55 I drove up to the window. I waited about 2 minutes while this individual stood there with his hands in his pockets doing nothing before I motioned for his attention the window. Instead of opening the window and speaking to me, he held a finger up to me and said wait a minute. A minute later he finally opened the window. There was one car in front of me in the drive-thru and zero people in the dining room. I would not call that a busy time for at least two people in the store. I don't know why it would take 10 minutes for me to get to the window. The individual who took my order spent more time standing there with his hands in his pockets than anything else. I can accept that staff is lean and things don't always go my way. What I can't accept is very little communication and apathetic people. I worked fast food in my teenage years and I know how hard the job can be. I expressed this to the person behind the counter who continued to give me excuses. I then told him he needed to hold himself to a higher standard. He simply closed the window and walked away. I am tired of excuses. I can go and get chicken from other places, and be treated right. I don't understand why excellent training and high expectations do not happen in more places. My expectation of the teenager behind the counter is that he care just a little bit more about reaching a higher standard. I wouldn't say that he was rude or disrespectful, he just plain didn't care. Apathy and customer service do not mix, ever. I don't know that I have ever gotten really good service at this particular restaurant. I'm starting to believe that it's a leadership problem.

It was horrible, I spent 30 min. in drive through then I was told the fries would be a bit longer the manager copped an attitude when I asked just for my sandwich I didn't have time I had to go to work. There was something he said to me as he walked in the back, he walked out from the back with my food. No I didn't eat it
