Subway

Staff was a little aggressive. I had to repeat my choice of cheese and meat multiple times, and she was sort of rude about it. Staff kept aggressively asking me "what's next? What's next? What's next?" I dont even have time to respond, and the "slower" I respond the more irritated she got. She basically drowned my sandwich in condiments. Shoved and sandwich in a bag and left. Someone else assisted me during check out. The cashier was nice though.

Went in for a chicken sandwich (not toasted) the girl working April 19 at 2:10 Pm put cold chicken on my sandwich when I said are you going to heat up the chicken??? She decided to be rude and disrespectful....I asked another employee to help me and the Guy working took over and was excellent. I don't know what the broads problem is but she shouldn't be working customer service!

If I could leave a -5 I would. Supper for 2 of us delivered was $34 😳😳 The first bite of my sandwich was so salty I couldn’t even eat it. I called the store and the extremely unfriendly woman that answered said “yep, that’s our salt shaker. If you want to come over and get another you can and next maybe you should remember this.” I told her since I paid for delivery that they should bring it to me. Her response was “that’s not the way it works.” I won’t EVER give this subway another penny, she was the most rude biotch ever. She needs to go before she runs them out of business. This is the Subway on Council street in Cedar Rapids. 5/17/22 - This is the Subway on Council street in Cedar Rapids - I decided to give this Subway a second chance. Placed my order online & received it in a reasonable amount of time. When I opened the bags, one of the drinks was missing, ordered a steak sandwich and got chicken, another sandwich had avocado added to it which I didn't ask for but paid for, and the cucumbers tasted like they weren't washed. The order with delivery was 42 hard earned dollars, so I called Subway and immediately knew I had the same person as I did last time. When she answered she sounded like she was put out to have to answer the phone. Ok, no big deal we all have those days. When I told her I was missing a drink, she said "you'll have to come here to pick it up we don't deliver. Besides, that's not our job to get your drinks for deliveries it's the Door Dash drivers responsibility." I didn't even bother to tell her the entire order was wrong, I didn't need anymore of her rude behavior. I will also contact Door Dash or Grub Hub, because they need to know what this woman is saying, especially if it isn't their responsibility. I have contacted corporate because nothing was done last time. This person needs to be let go, she will certainly ruin their business. Never and I mean never will I darken this Subway's door again.

Over the past few years, I've lost faith in Subway. I've just noticed a drastic decrease in quality in both product and staff. However, this was my first time at this location. The product was excellent. Normal portions, everything was fresh, and it neatly prepared. Also, I could tell the cookies were baked same day and not last weeks left overs. I ordered curbside and although the app wouldn't allow me the option, the store staff was very nice and brought it out to me upon arrival. Excellent experience!
