Subway

the employee that made my sandwich was a male with very long hair not pulled back at all. sat there for 3 minutes for him to cut the bread for my sandwich putting little to no cheese then barely put any topping on my food. my friends toppings were completely hanging out of his sandwich with mayo everywhere ruining it. then proceeded to take off his gloves. grab a cookie bag, stick his hand into it and then get the cookies with no gloves.

The food is standard Subway. The staff is friendly. But when I encountered an issue that needed to be addressed immediately the owner was a MAJOR sarcastic d-bag about it. I quietly and non disruptively alerted the staff and also contacted Subway corporate about the issue that I found. The owner accused me of contacting the department of Health, which I didn't (sorry bud, that was somebody else). Without going into a lot of detail, I simply wont eat here because the owner handled the situation so poorly when all I was trying to do was save him from lawsuits.

Had the absolute worst customer service last night. Placed an order online, when got there to pick it up worker behind the the counter was not in uniform, not wearing a mask and was completely rude. Complained that we ordered online, was out of large cups so refused to complete that part of the order and would not credit back my card. Had a meal ordered with cookie and didn't even let the cookie flavor get picked out.
