Beena was a delight! Constantly making sure we was happy, always checked on us, fast with drink refills and a wonderful smile! Made our family very happy! In comparison to recent visits we wasn’t very happy she has changed our minds and we’ll definately be back on every Sunday she’s working going forward!

We came to The Fox for a Sunday roast after a lovely walk through Farthing Downs and Happy Valley. Very cosy atmosphere- fires were on and a big pub garden out the window. I recommend booking in advance as they have limited number of roasts. We sat in the dog friendly area. Vegetarian Roast was delicious, also recommend the crumble! Our server Bina was brilliant. Friendly and attentive. We will be back!!

I live near this pub but never go in so decided to have lunch with my partner today. Lovely service and the food was perfect for lunch! The inside is really lovely and they had roaring fires which looked nice. Will be going back for sure!

Food was good, the staff really lovely. The garden looked like it needed a bit of maintenance as was the whole pub to be fair. Also a bit pricey for that part of London.

This pub is absolutely wonderful, the owner Jake and the entire staff were so patient and kind to our large party. The food is incredible (I got the Fish and Chips) and there's plenty of seating - a cozy interior and large exterior options.
Definitely a go-to spot when traveling to the English countryside!!

This was our first time here after a walk on the common. We were really happy with the friendly and quick service and the food was amazing, we got drinks and a mixture of 5 starters which were good size and very filling. We'll definitely go back.

This is an amazing pub, food is gorgeous, staff are incredibly helpful and it's a lovely experience. Plenty of room inside and outside, clean, fresh and inviting! Couldn't recommend more!

Really pleasant pub lunch, good portions courteous service and not a hurried atmosphere. Plenty of parking and a perfect location to go for an after lunch walk on Farthing Downs. Would recommend for a good day out

Had a roast this weekend there and really enjoyed it. Option to have trio roast and the pork belly and crackling in particular was delicious. Roast potatoes a bit average (but I always find pubs struggle with roasties) but rest of the roast very tasty, good portion size with extra gravy on the side. Staff were friendly and we were served quickly.

Nice place with plenty of room between the tables. I had gammon which was very thick and overdone, (hence the 4 star) the others had burgers which they said were lovely. We found the pub garden quite scruffy. Dogs are very welcome.
