Was quite okay for me, KFC has this fill in the survey incentive when you make your first purchase of KFC, you can get free chips and drink when you fill out the customer survey as you spend $5 in the next transaction. Good business strategy amidst strong competition in the food court.
Perhaps my suggestion would be if the Management wants to hire young people (below the age of 24), it needs to really invest in training to make sure they understand what they are doing.

Terrible service by front worker ; Lily. No need to take your anger out in the world when you’ve had a bad day. My food took 35 minutes and I actually saw lily who served me eating cooked food whilst cooking it.

Pros :
Perfect location in the food court of Castle towers shopping mall. Prices are decent. Portions are big. The staffs are all agile and beautiful. They are so kind. Taste is also as standard. Cheaper than other places.
Cons:
Tissues are to be asked separately. That's why a 4-star.

I hope the money management saved on the chicken size is spent on their staff. Because this KFC serves up the smallest chicken out of all the KFCs in Sydney.

This is in a great location but they are horrible at customer service. Chips are always hard. My burger today was cold. I use the express order but always seem to get mine after everyone else. Not impressed. Get your act together. You either need a new manager or a whole new team.

I had a bad experience here. I was on my way back from the gym and some lady called me fatphobic which was not very nice. The food was alright but it is extremely unhealthy so I wouldn't reccommend eating here very often.
