The fries are great!!! Wonderful Flavor and the customer service was quick, the front girls Stephanie and Sophia brought my food over fast and hot. Our burgers were cooked perfect, so I asked who made them and the cooks were named Zoe and Maddie. DEFINITELY coming back again.

Burger and onion rings were delicious! 4/5 on the food. Restaurant was late opening.. about 5 minutes. Unfortunately there was no ice available. Both ice makers were out of ice. A little disappointed after spending nearly $21 for one single bacon cheeseburger, onion rings, and drink. Way too expensive.. poor value.

Burgers are good..they have a variety of burgers menu and in house fries, onion rings.. ambiance is ok and service can improve better.. they have tap beers and milk shakes..give it a try..

Expensive menu however YOU WILL leave full. Burgers are very hearty and French fries are always hot and fresh. A suggestion would be to check your order before you leave. Every time I go someone grabs the wrong order, not always the workers fault.

Grown up fast food specializing in much better beef- burgers. Awesome staff. Very friendly, went above & beyond in customer service. Music was good & ambience. The 3 stars (3 means average to me) is while the meat was tasty, the burger was so unbelievably salty. I would not order it again.
The fries were a no-go for me- similar to Five Guys fries, so if you like them….
Lastly, overall the place was clean except for the windows and doors which looked like a petri dish of nightmares. Give them a wipe?
Wouldn’t go out of our way to return or avoid.

I haven't had any problem ever with beyond burger. It's good.
But today my wife joined me to order "the CEO" burger from there and here's what we've got:
1. 2 identical boxes - guess where the "beyond" one and where "the CEO"? Well... Who knows. They could have at least put one letter by marker to any of this box - anything to differentiate them.
2. Do you see that ugly something with patty in the photo. That's "the CEO"! There most expensive burger burgerfi can offer. $12 for a meaty mess on buns.
2 stars only for the fact that beyond burger has never disappointed me

My favorite part of the meal was the onion rings, though they were greasy. The burgers were meat and grease heavy—not much toppings or vegetables/ not well balanced. It was so greasy the bottom bun was soggy on both burgers. The milk shake was almost a third whipped cream. The drink machines were great, but they did not have ice. The food felt haphazardly put together.

Tried the BurgerFi burger and the Spicy wagyu burger. Both of them are really bad. No lettuce, not much cheese, no pickles, nothing. The patties are thin, and does’t taste good. The burgerfi burger patty was smelling a little. The buns were dry, no butter was added. The fries were burnt, dry and black. The choice of sauce was very limited. Way too expensive than it should be. The outdoor seating was pretty congested, not much space between tables. The views were blocked by banners. Not recommended. The staffs were pretty rude as well, the wait time was long. Will not recommend to anyone I know.
