Very rude black woman at night shift. The customer ordered an order but she saying that she hasn’t any order. People come in drivethru and the staff not responding. If there any Manager who can affect this behavior of workers ??

Sat there behind four cars for literally 10 minutes in the drive thru with the first person in line not even being spoken to at 1:20am on 11/7/21. I could have been seated and ordered elsewhere, so I left.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s in my entire life. After a 3 hour flight from Colorado I came to grab something quick for my kids to eat. This ended up taking over 45 minutes after going to the ATM because They are only taking cash due to some type of system reboot they’re doing. I can’t have a printed receipt (because of the reboot) but he offered to hand write the receipt??? If this happens every night This place should not be 24 hours.

Waited in drive through 15 minutes to be told they didn't have spicy nuggets despite the fact they are advertised all over the menu and drive through. Ordered regular nuggets meal with sweet tea. Did not request a large and was not asked. Waited another 10 minutes to get to the window. Looking at the receipt I found they charged me extra for a large drink I didn't request. Shady business practice. Won't make the mistake of going here again.

The food is fine when they get it right. If you have a special exception to your food items, be sure to double check all of the items before you drive away from the second window. Also, the drive through is incredibly slow. I once spent a full hour going through the drive through over and over again until they got the order right.

I will give this one star which is a one star bonus. I have never actually had the privilege of eating anything from this restaurant my last three attempts. Each time I have arrived at the drive thru around 4:30 to 5:00am. Twice including this morning I wait at the speaker with other cars for over 10 mins and no one is there to take orders so I left. The other time I was told they had a shift change and it would be 20 minutes. If you are open 24 hours you need to have staff and food available.

Orders are made by you at a kiosk, and if you have cash, you then go pay at the register with an employee... Twice the amount of order time. I thought McDonald's was fast food.... The bathroom has some fancy motion sensor hand washing sink, I hope you have two hands otherwise the sink won't dispense it's water or air to wash and dry your hands.

Best Mcdonald’s around! Ordered mobile pick-up on the app, and chose curbside. The food was fast, fresh, and well-packaged. The gentleman that brought it out was so kind. 10/10
