Starbucks

Would have given 5 stars if my drink was made correctly. Caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino was missing the whipped cream and dark caramel sauce at the bottom of the cup. I also ordered extra caramel crunch pieces in the drink and the normal amount was put. Also the cup was handed to me leaking without any napkins, but the workers were friendly at least.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this was a serious problem. I order coffee every day from various coffee places, and I went to this one because it is close to the tanning salon I go to. I ordered almond milk in my coffee because I have a disease and I cannot have diary at all. The drink even said it had almond milk in it but it tasted weird and about ten minutes later I realized they had given me whole milk. I really wish the baristas were more careful and paid attention to what the customer ordered. Now I can never go to this location again. I had to throw out the entire coffee. Very disappointed.

On Wed, Dec. 23, we visited this Starbucks. We sat outside, and I hung my purse on the back of my chair. When we got home, I realized I didn't have my purse. We returned immediately to the store (a fifteen minutes drive from our home). On arriving, a young woman immediately asked me if I had left my purse. She remembered that we had been there and said they were trying to figure out how to contact me (my phone was in my coat pocket). Nothing was missing from my purse or wallet. I have always loved Starbucks, and after the great customer service I received that day I will make this location my favorite coffee spot. Thank you to the kind barista for proving there are good people out there! I hope her boss realizes what a gem she is.

I LOVE coffee and have enjoyed coming to this location more and more frequently. This location is always very clean and the staff are always friendly and extremely fast getting your order ready. Even at 5:30am or when there are tons of people in line, the staff here have never gotten impatient or rushed with me and I really appreciate that. Also the coffee is great and my dog loves the pupichino so that of course is a plus. Thanks guys!

Says they’re open until 8, I arrived at 6:31. The drive through person said “Sorry you’re about 30 seconds late, we’re closing at 6:30.” Refused to make a simple chai tea when they served the person in line directly ahead of me. Extremely poor service training management. I went to the one at Harris Teeter instead and was treated appropriately.
