Excellent customer service tonight!! We pulled up 30 minutes before closing and got our drinks. We left and got gas and my friend then realized she forgot to ask for Carmel in her coffee. We pulled back up 2 minutes till closing and explained how she forgot to order it Carmel and they made her a brand new one!! No question asked best customer service !!!

I didn't have the poor customer service some have complained about on my visit, but the iced coffee beverages taste abnormally bitter, and that is with the "sweeter" drinks I have ordered. I don't always have the time to return to request a new one to be made and this has happened too often where I think I will just avoid this location for a while. I wish things were just more consistent here because it could be awesome.

Why is the kitchen closed several days a week in the mornings? I asked this morning (this has been going on for weeks) and they indicated that nothing was broken they just closed it and she was waiting for the staff members to open it back up. I do not agree with the way the drive thru is handled. They take one order at a time and normally wait for that car to go through the line and then they will take another order. This obviously backs the lines up and now the kitchen is regularly closed in the mornings. I would definitely head to another location if you can. It is unfortunate that this location is easiest for me to get to. Other than the that, the staff is generally really friendly and they normally get my order right.

This particular franchise is just slow for now reason at all. If it’s not one thing it’s another Ex: oven is down, out of donuts, out of croissants. The never bother to put up a sign for the customers in these instances! I understand being short staffed but, I pray a Starbucks will open and decimate them every time I go to this place!

Always out of French vanilla.. four times now I've gone there and there was this situation.. twice now also for the frozen coffees. I waited for 8 min in drive through, so did the lady before me, just for her to tell me to wait and then say how they again don't do frozen coffees for the day.

Ok coffee absolutely terrible service and food. The girl taking orders got the drink order wrong and, I guess, gave us terrible food as revenge for correcting her. We got a sad croissant that was both cold and burnt at the same time, and a sour slice of avocado toast that tasted like it had turned.
Even worse than your typical smithfield bs. I think I might get sick

Worst dunkin experience. Maybe it’s because I’m from Dunkin country and I expect the basic standard but I’ve been to thousands of different DDs in my life and this one is the worst of the worst.
