Wingstop

I ordered 30 wings with 3 different flavors, when I got home I saw that 7 of them were missing, I couldn't go back to order the remaining wings because they closed at 10 pm. In addition, I requested my order at 9:30 pm and they delivered it to me at 9:50. In a previous order I paid for only Drums and in the order there were also flats. It's not the first time I've had a bad experience.

Horrible experience. Placed order for dine in the guy with los bukis/joe dirt haircut took our order wasn’t busy at all however we was waiting for over 40 minutes for a 6 piece order I finally got up and told him I’m sorry how much longer for our order he says what’s the name I say the name and he says ohh it’s here, it was sitting in the to go area I tell him you saw us waiting this order was to dine in why didn’t you call my name he gave me attitude and was making a excuse saying oh we our busy witch doesn’t make since I wasn’t complaining about why our order took for ever I was complaining because our order was sitting there for over 40min and never called our name and when we got our food it was cold and soggy since been sitting there. Advice to wing stop don’t hire lazy people was not busy at all he was at the register on his phone.

The food was good but the service has disappeared from this location. I've been going here for at least once or more a week for the past 5 years and it was always reliable and had good service. I wore an N95 mask ONLY because sign on the door requested it (not for some political reason..k?). Two employees that were at the register saw me, gave me a frown, and both walked off. I had to ask a young man who was putting an order together to let me pay for my carryout order so I could finally go. So here's a newsflash: Being respectful of others goes both ways and there are other places I can go get lunch. Don't ask me to wear a mask in your store and then treat me poorly because I was simply trying to be respectful. Save your poor attitudes for someone else.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I was a dine in customer I waited 40 minutes for a 6 piece order! Once my patience ran out I asked the front attendant and my order was in the To Go area all wrapped and bagged! We were the only people in the restaurant waiting for our food and the guy didn't even notice we were just sitting there at a table waiting to eat! At one point he was just on his phone. Im not the type to rush food service workers but this was really ridiculous. His excuse was it was "busy"? Once he gave us our bag the food was cold and soggy. WE WERE DINE IN CUSTOMERS. Ruined my appetite. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!

The food is great, but aren't you supposed to wash your hands before you eat (their restrooms are "closed" )? Even if dine-in isn't available, what if I eat my Carry-out in my car? I'd think not having the restrooms available is even less sanitary, which demonstrates how much they care about their customers.... not.
