Starbucks

Both my wife and I agrree that Starbucks finds the most friendly and confident employees. There was no exception here. The staff was great! They were super friendly, fun-loving and professional. Our orders were created quickly and exactly how we like! Both of us order a complicated beverage. I'm always amazed at how well each shop creates our beverages to perfection. It's a great way to earn loyalty. Thank you Starbucks, your employees nationwide are 100% on target!

When I was here with my colleague, there were severe thunderstorms and tornadoes taking place. The staff were very descriptive about what was happening, and gave us clear directions on how to proceed. Not only did the employees directed us to safety, they were making sure that people were comfortable in the bathrrooms, offering water and brewed coffee to the customers, and also making sure that everyone at the Starbucks knew the weather predictions and letting them know if they were safe to leave. The staff were very kind and helpful, and I would 100% go there again anytime.

I love Starbucks. I love their coffee. I love their reward program and phone app. I love that the employees genuinely seem to care, suggest drinks, chat with you and try hard to make your drink correctly. They're always willing to fix it if it's not. I don't like a lot of their drive through feng shui but there's not much I can do about that.

My favorite Starbucks location! I’ve been coming here for months and I always prefer this location. Friendly staff and clean store. I’ve never had an issue with my drink. Im not the most talkative person sometimes but a few baristas have gotten to know my name. So sweet! As an ex starbucks barista myself I know what a good store takes to be good and this store has it!

I was really disappointed this morning. This is my favorite Starbucks, 1 because it’s right by work and 2 because the people are super friendly. Today unfortunately my Chestnut Praline tasted rather bitter and a little burnt (please take note that I have no idea how Starbucks makes their drinks so me saying ‘burnt’ strictly refers to taste, not make), and I even added vanilla powder! I’m thinking they are short staffed because the wait was a tad longer than usual... I’m only making a review because I tell all my friends to go to this one oppose to the other ones near by because I like the service. I did purchase the same drink this past Monday and it was DELICIOUS. So just a friendly reminder to always take your time on the drinks even when it’s crazy backed up because I’d rather be running a smidge late than be unhappy with my favorite drink. :(
