Burger King

We went here on a Monday night at 7:30 pm. We waited for 23 minutes to get our order. Only 3 people were working. By 8:00 we were fed up. Other people who ordered after us got their order before us. We only ordered 2 whoppers and fries. We asked for a refund, manager arrived, refunded our money, and gave us our meal for free. Being hungry and having to wait 23 minutes for fast food was frustrating. We appreciate the manager coming very quickly to settle the situation.

I would give this place 0 Stars if possible the employees don't wear gloves the way they handle the food is disgusting you can't touch raw meat and then touch cooked meat without washing your hands is cross-contamination! The place really needs a good scrubbing half the time the heat doesn't work so you're sitting there freezing in the winter time! And just an FYI the bacon on the sandwiches is made in the morning and sits out all day until it's used grossest place to eat ever

35 min wait at 215 in the afternoon. Place is empty. Employees are literally yelling at each other. One girl is standing around looking at her fancy nails, one is discussing her plans for later. The others just leaning in the back. Gave our food to someone else, who took it to their table, then realized it wasn't their's, so brought it back up and then gave it to us. Worst fast food experience of my life. Will never go back. I am guessing the owner is not aware of this behavior. Guessing that they aren't making much profit either. No ketchup in the container, no kids for the pop. Place is a mess.

15 minutes to get our order. Employees here are more interested in money than customer service. They have hidden specials that they won't mention until after you've paid if at all. Mgr actually said "we've only sold 5 of that sandwich since it started". My reply was this, do you think you would have sold more if customers were aware of the 2fer special? She said probably. She kept making up fake excuses which all had been proven wrong by her employee. Easy to see where the problems start.

They forgot about our order. When we went in, we were the only people at the register. We paid got our receipt and sat down. A bunch of people came in and ordered, then a bunch of cars came through the drive through. Everyone that came in after us got their food hot and before we did. I had to go up to the counter and ask where my food was and why they skipped us. Turns out our food was on the holding tray not marked and cold when we recieved it. They tried to apologize and give us free oreo cheesecake we took it but even those didnt taste great. Too busy on their phones and not doing the orders in chronological order.

Tried the taco, it was ok for the price. Also tried the Impossible Whopper and we agreed that it was very good. My wife said that she will have that again the next time we are at a Burger King. Manager came by twice to assure that everything was good. Nice clean restaurant with quick friendly service.
