I was recently in this Greggs and thought the way the staff handled a young lad whose card declined was perfect. The lady behind the counter was kind and respectful - I wish the world had more people like this Greggs member of staff.

Early morning coffee stop, open at 0630 on a Sunday morning which was very convenient. Coffee OK, bacon OK but sausage tasted like it had been dunked in grease so went straight into the bin. Helpful, friendly staff though.
