service was wonderfully fast. with polite and friendly workers as always. would been 5 stars, but my extra crispy recipe was more like sum type of new Xtra soggy flour coated crumbs.. the chicken was juicy just not crunchy. the cookie was on point tho, it never disappoints.

A little better than ok. For some reason, this restaurant just can't seem to get its act together. Service is occasionally adequate, but the wait is usually pretty long. Order at the drive through so you don't have to go inside to the constant mess. Maybe they've gotten better since last time I went inside? The best thing about this location is the order accuracy, and that's not great either.

The most pathetic excuse for a KFC I've ever experienced. I love KFC but the food here is rarely fresh. And the management is incompetent. Multiple times I have went there and the food was out of stock. If your not going to stock chicken, then shut down, lock the doors and go home. I don't want to hear "I'm sorry we are out of that until Friday", and damn sure don't want to hear that when its only Monday. Unacceptable. I wont be wasting my time going to this KFC again. No wonder I rarely see anyone in the drive thru. Where I come from KFC was usually swamped 10 cars deep in the drive -thru and the food was always fresh and reasonably fast AND NEVER OUT OF STOCK!!! Update: about 2 years later,nothing has changed. Just seems to get worse. The food is old and no flavor. Ordered an $8 chicken tender meal and the chicken was absolutely unacceptable. Old and tiny. My finger was bigger than each piece of chicken

Very unhelpful staff, very skimpy food, very horrible experience. They forgot food, went back in to get it fixed. They tried to give me the gravy in tiny bowls that weren't even 1/4 of the way full......

The taste is good but some of the pieces looks like pigeon parts. Especially the wings.
