The whole experience from order to delivery and first bite was beyond my wildest expectations. Angelo hand-delivered the Double Chocolate Cake I ordered with warm wishes and pairing recommendations. I added a few raspberries and some vanilla bean ice cream to each slice. But it doesn't need either of those things. The cake's flavor and texture came together like a romance of chocolate and the gold flaked cookie on top blew. my. mind. I ordered this for myself for my birthday, but I may just order it for myself on the regular. HIGHLY recommend.

This place is amazing. I live in Portland. I wanted to send a cake to a friend and their family as a birthday gift. The cake was reported to be AMAZING. The presentation was beautiful.. Angelo was kind enough to deliver it for me as I was literally in another state. Wonderful person. Amazing cake. Amazing service. Highly recommend.

If Only I could give more than 5 stars I would! I live in Canada, ordered their Chocolate Strawberry cake for a very special friend in San Diego! I’m so impressed by their care for customers, their flexibility and their great attitude! Angelo went above & beyond by calling me three times to help me make up my mind,that made my on-line purchase a lot easier.The cake was accompanied by a cute card,and delivered on-time! Awesome service! Wonderful staff! I will definitely order again!💯 Thank you very much Angelo! 🙏🏻

From beginning to end my experience with Bonpastry was amazing.. I ordered 4 Napoleon for my mom's 83rd birthday and we were so happy with the results.. delicious is an understatement, these pastries were superb. Thank you Angelo for the extra heart cookies and the personable attention of my order . I will definitely order these again and more.. :)

*** NO I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND AND NOWHERE ON THE SITE DOES IT SAY THE BUSINESS WILL BE CLOSED DURING WHATEVER DAYS IN SEPTEMBER 2021 WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER ON AUGUST 25th 2021*** I ordered a Tiramisu cake almost two weeks in advance of when I would need it and received an email from them 3 BUSINESS DAYS from when it should have been delivered saying they will be out of town for a catering job and then will be taking days off when I ordered the delivery for. I guess they don't look at the orders coming in? Waited til The last minute? This was a first order for us and will be our last. It's a shame because we were looking for a reliable company to do our catering but if Bonpastry can't even get one cake done, it doesn't give me much confidence that they will be able to deliver on thousands of dollars worth of monthly catering. Oh well, they missed out on great customers because they thought it was just one cake and apparently not worth their time to respond the next day from When the order was placed. They had to let a week And a half go by before sending an email saying they couldn’t fulfill my order. Now it’s too late to order from other companies for a couple of days from now ruining the occasion we ordered the cake for. What’s more irritating? Bonpastry not taking responsibility for their mistakes on this order and instead posting a response to my review with excuses and lies.

I had such a great experience with Bonpastry. They’re delivery service was a perfect option to surprise my girlfriend with a macaron giftbox (which I also enjoyed :). Sergio was so kind and helpful making sure the delivery day and time worked for me. I will absolutely be using them again for any celebrations. Highly recommended!!

This place is as Good as it Gets! Every bite is a taste of Heaven. I ordered the Champagne Cake, the double chocolate cake, and the sable cookies for a birthday and OMG! The desserts made the entire party! There was not a single bite left and every single person raved about the desserts the entire time. You truly feel like you landed in Paris as soon as you take a bite. Wow! Highly recommend everyone to give this place a try, you will NOT be disappointed!
