Subway

I would avoid this place anytime near lunch time. I have seen the same girl working and she is very slow to take your order I’m pretty sure she is new. Her co workers seem to not be helping her and have bad attitudes. I have often time been second in line and it still takes 15 minutes to get my sandwich!!! I will be happy to change my rating once this staff learns to move faster and not have bad attitudes. Do not come here if your lunch is only 30 minutes. You’ll still be in line.

Only reason I'm giving this location 1 start is because of all 4 times I've ordered online to pickup my sandwich has been wrong. Either not toasted, missing cheese, or with ingredients I didn't request. I have yet to pickup a correct order. Checking my sandwich before walking out next time though that defeats the purpose... No problems when I ready there and staff is really nice.

Look, I know it's Subway and not gourmet. But this location really let me down. I went in during the lunch hour and the line was nearly out the door. I didn't think it would take too long because it's fast food essentially. I was wrong. I waited in line for 20 minutes. When I finally got up to counter to order, they were out of bacon. When they went to toast my sandwich, they tossed in into the oven so carelessly that all of the cheese and steak melted off of the flatbread. When I went to add my veggies, the girl added them like each individual item was coming out of her paycheck. When I ask for olives, I don't mean 3. And when I went to add my sauces, they were out of both the creamy sriracha and the chipotle southwest. Lastly, when she went to wrap my flatbread, she rolled it instead. I know have half the sandwich I wanted, with no sauce, no bacon, scarce toppings, and best of all, it's essentially a burrito after being rolled up. Just a little more effort would be appreciated.

It’s Subway. Basically the same wherever you go. This particular location is cutting costs by only staffing one person, which is fine until they have to use the bathroom and lock potential customers out of the building. When we were able to enter, I proceed to get my usual sandwich: Spicy Italian. However, this location does not carry mozzarella cheese which was kind of a let down. Provolone was a decent substitute, but come on...

Never again. Ordered several platters for office. Our bank called and said there were two charges that came through. I called Subway and asked for the manager and was told that I was speaking to her. Explained problem to her and she said "we don't do nothing like that." and recommended that I call my bank. I again told her that my bank called me and that is why I was calling her. She started rambling about being a franchise and there is nothing they can do. I tried to talk but she continued to talk over me until I gave up.
