Poutine Box

Had two PBX box Poutine (£8 each) , food was really good and the meat they used was really good. I also had a oreo Milkshake. My friend had a dairy free milkshake as well which they enjoyed. The venue was clean. I'd just recommend double checking if the poutine comes with cheese curds as not all come with it!

My favourite takeout place in Cardiff. Never had a bad dish from here and there's a lot of variety so good for pretty much everyone. You may not realise how cheap it is until you see the portion sizes! I can't eat it one go and I'm usually the person who goes back for seconds. Only lost one star on atmosphere and service because it's very noisy and hard to hear what they are saying so if you are sensitive to noise I recommend getting your food takeaway. Otherwise totally perfect!

After about 2 years coming here on a weekly basis, Poutine box is my favourite restaurant/take away in Cardiff. You just simply can't fault anything. It's even better than what I was having in Canada, with the variety of styles and specials really putting its own take on Poutine for the better. My personal favourites are the Montreal or the Poutine Mac&Cheese, but the monthly specials have had some amazing options in the past . I also like that it's cooked to order, so it's always fresh and piping hot. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. You never feel rushed and it's always very clean inside to sit down and enjoy their food. I can't recommend Poutine Box enough to anyone!
