One particular member of there staff team always puts a great effort to make me feel welcome and relaxed on every visit to this place. The gentlemens name whom is the Assistant Manager is called "DAMIEN". Due to having Asperger's I sometimes struggle in crowds and maby feel a bit of Anxiety when I am in one. However no matter how big the crowd is in this CAFE NERO as long as the Assistant Manager "DAMIEN" is there then I never get effected. So this gentleman deserves a big thank you from head office for providing high professional service to all customers but also knows how to show it on a level that can even help someone who has a mental health condition. I feel the Assistant manager "DAMIEN" at this CAFE NERO deserves a pay rise for all his contributions for CAFE NERO, been able to show good quality service and even have the skill level to show great support for people like myself.
