Hands down best Fish n Chips in Wales, maybe the whole UK. I live abroad and not a day goes by where I'm not missing Yans. Wonderful. Real deal. The gold standard to which all fish n chips should be compared the world over.

This has to be the best fish and chip shop in Cardiff. Been so disappointed with some chip shops. Will be coming here from now on. Fabulous. Have found the one and only.

We had lovely fish and chips from here last night. The origin of the cod was up on a board, as well as the potato variety. Great range of soft drinks on offer. The batter was really crispy with moist fish inside. Good chips. The 'small' portions of chips were huge! All just wrapped in paper so there was very little waste.

Banging food! A must try! Next time if i want fish and chips its definitely from here, the search is over.I ordered cod and chips with Irish curry. Food arrived very fast, the portions are solid, it was piping hot. They give you a nice sample of the other fish which I think it's a great idea you, get to try both. Cod and the sample 10/10, very juicy and soft ,Irish curry and chips 10/10 perfect combo and very very smooth , it was good quality and well cooked food.

incredibly fast service, piping hot food. really glad they have irn bru as well! ordered the cod bites and small chips. very good portion of chips and i even got an extra cod bite! establishment looked very clean. staff were very polite. good value for money. would definitely order from here again.
