While placing our order, my 5 year old son coughed (seasonal allergies, anyone?!). Nadine, the cashier, looked at my son and said, “Are you coughing all over my counter? Now I’m going to have to clean it.” No laughter, no more communication with us after this. Also- no cleaning the counter, either. I completely understand we are in a pandemic, but kindness- especially to children- goes a long way.

Super friendly staff but wow when did Panera get so expensive? Ordered a half roasted turkey blt, a cup of chicken noodle soup, and an iced strawberry lemonade. $18. Unreal. The picture is the food we got (no drink cause is wasn't made yet). Only reason I'm giving it a 4 is the staff was unbelievable friendly.

Pretty disappointed. Order was to go, so by the time we noticed we where not going back.
No excuses for the lack of quality. Store was empty. Except for two people eating.
Not sure how you can cut a sandwich in half, but the meat, and lettuce of the sandwich Is still hole, unless of course your using bread from a different order that was sent back.
Bread was soggy and old on one order, but hard and stale on another.
Also, charged for items not added.
I won't be back.

They don't have the app connected, had gift card loaded to my panera account, they couldn't accept in store. Very inconvenient. Food was overpriced, 26 dollars for mac cheese, chicken noodle soup plus drinks.

Nice places for eat healthy . The service was nice and I liked the flavor of all the dishes there. I noticed the portion of the plates are smaller than months ago and the price is the same.

Management/owner really needs to address getting better staffing and train some of the staff they currently have on board. I don't fault the staff at all, I just feel they have been thrown in to a business with improper training. Took almost 90 mins to make a 1salad and 1 sandwich to go. Seriously, that is unacceptable!! I do applaud the few workers prepping food and trying to get orders out but they were fighting a losing battle. EVERYONE in Panera for dinner that night waited as long as I waited!

I have always loved the food! Some employees are better then others as always. As a small business owner I am far too busy to wait in your slow service on my lunch breaks. I do not want to have to download an app or go online to order my lunch. I tried to call to order food for me and my employees in advance. Yet couldn’t make an order without my CC which I do not use over phone? I STILL USE CASH! Bought all the guys subway not as good but at least they take American currency! I will never go back to Panera

This might be the worst Panera in the area. I usually order online and pick it up. There's an issue every single time but today was the nail in the coffin for me. Chips were missing- one sandwich was burnt, the other one had browning lettuce (as usual) and almost no tuna, and then I found a long black hair. I don't feel like they struggled as badly pre-pandemic but damn, they are struggling now. Unfortunately, I just won't be going here anymore.
