Horrible customer service, breading on the chicken was mushy, we were told it would be a 15 minute wait, which turned out to be 35 minutes. I will never return!!!

I drive a bus so it's not exactly like I can go through the drive through. Their door says they close at 10:00. It's only 9:40. I went to go in and order food, the front door is locked. So I called them and asked what time you close. She said 10:00. Ok so why is the door locked? The sign did not say drive through only. It says 10:00 p.m. is closing time. No worries, I will never ever spend a single dollar in that store. They're too worried about getting off the clock and going home then they are about handling their business and dealing with customers. If the hourly paid employees are going to randomly change the operating hours, then they should at least have the courtesy to post it somewhere like on the door for instance where the actual hours of operation are listed.

Traveling from LA to Oxford after surviving hurricane Ida. Stopped at KFC and received such great service and super kind KFC team! It was the first time I smiled in 6 days. Thank you for your kindness.

yeah I went in there was a gentleman's place in the order and I think it was changing his mind so the cashier had called another employee over from the drive-thru to help her figure out how to correct his order she did that and then the one boy went back to the drive-thru the front cash here continue fixing his order until she was done and then she walked away supposed to get his food or something then she came back looked at something on her computer looked around and walked away again came back the third time and she was standing in front of her cash register I stepped up to the register as I was the only other person there so I stepped up to place an order and before I could even open my mouth and say anything she looked up rolled her eyes and walked away. I never did get asked if I wanted anything told hello inquired about spoke to or even officially acknowledged I turned around and left

Aweful service it took 25 min from the time i walked in to the moment i orderd and there were 5 custumer infron of me. Then i received my order in less than a min bilut whrn i got home ready to eat realized the chicken was undercook i threw the chicken away and eat the coleslaw only q
