I arrived 10 minutes early for curbside pickup. 20 minutes later I'm still waiting for my food. ( after doing the I'm Here on my phone twice) So...I call the number on the curbside sign for pickup. After a lengthy period of ringing my calls answered. A kid comes out with my order and I ask what happened. I've been here 20 minutes. His response, oh, the other server left and I didn't know. So thanks for a cold meal Cracker barrel. Its not a mistake I'll make again.

Great food love there biscuits and red eye country gravy. Which is unlimited with meal purchase . Now even when theyv are crowded you. Can get seated pretty quickly probably today was the longest we have ever had to wait for a seat. Which was about 30 mins not bad for new years day when a lot of other places were closed. I would recommend this location we have ate here several times we no problems busy or slow times. They also have daily breakfast lunch, dinner and breakfast daily specials.

Food was OK & service was good! However, even with SIGNS OUTSIDE THE RESTAURANT/GIFT SHOP that STATES EVERYONE MUST WEAR A MASK BEFORE ENTERING...THIS WAS NOT DONE BY MOST FOLKS NOR WAS IT ENFORCED BY THE ESTABLISHMENT! THUS, THE 2 STAR POST! STAY AWAY IF YOU CARE ABOUT NOT GETTING COVID!...WE WILL...

I ordered the Wednesday special, the chicken broccoli cheddar meal. The chicken was burnt and had a charcoal taste. The loaded hashbrown side was very crunchy and stuck together. I could literally pick the whole side up with my fork. It just was not good at all. It ruined my appetite and I wasted my time and money.

Steve is awesome. Gave great customer service. I miss the old breakfast menu. Especially the healthy starts where one meal had a muffin and a parfait.

I Love Crackle Barrel...period. Always have, Always will! I had the new maple, bacon, chicken sandwich. It was so so delicious. Fast service for a restuarant that is always busy. All Christmas ornaments were 90 percent off. I got the most precious Angel Ornaments from there series.

Great service and I didn't have to wear a mask! They did and had us all distanced socially. I love their sourdough French toast! Yummy! Today it was busy but they handled it well.
