im beyond disgusted. my daughtera chips was smashed at the bottom of the bag not even eatable anymore and my chalupa was literally smashed the insides was was coming out the paper the grease soaked thru I couldn't even eat it. I didn't receive any forks for the 2 potato bowls I had gotten and my potatoes were so hard i couldn't give them to my 1 year old bec he would have choked to death I will never in my life eat here again and I will show everyone I know what kind of service I got and oh yea thanks for the napkins I also didn't receive when I was feeding 2 kids no neeed for those or anything.

Super accommodating. They put my burrito in a bowl and knew what I was talking about when I asked. Nice at the window and really quick service. Not a fan of pulling out that driveway, but that’s no fault to the workers or great food!

This was a horrible experience. I was forced to order through a kiosk after waiting at register for 5 min looking dumb. They were very rude about it too. I also hate the fact that they quit using trays. I think my time eating at Taco Bell has come to an end.

Employees are extremely rude. Walked in and was greeted with major and attitude. Turned around and walked right back out and went to my one of my usual TBs on Cleveland Ave N. and had great service and the order was done correctly.

Always out of chicken, beef, steak, and cheese somehow. Is management incompetent when it comes to ordering? Or are the employees just lying so they don't have to do any work? Because nobody is going to order from taco bell's vegetarian part of the menu.

I've never gotten hard, burnt food from a Taco Bell before, so that's a first. Also might want to invest in some soap, the weirdo cashier who took my order had filthy hands.

Mexican pizza was sold out but the staff was very friendly and did a good job getting people through the drive throw fast.

Horrible! Wouldn’t even take my order at the counter! Then completely ignored me and talked to fellow employee when I said thank you receiving food. Absolutely horrible. Recommend to nobody. Go to McDonalds next door or KFC.
