Buffalo Wild Wings

I uses a gift card, one day ago, to purchase 15 flats , two with sauce and one with a rub. First, I waited for 20mins for the order. Secondly, when I arrived home with my order the wings looked as if they weren’t cooked at all. The chicken with the rub on it had nothing but white skin and red colored rub. The ones in the sauce were the same. I called and talked to a manager named lavonta. After explaining my complaints to the manager, his only explanation was # it probably was fresh grease. I informed him that these flats wasn’t cooked in oil but cooked in the microwave. He had a uncaring attitude,almost a arrogant. Never again.

Ordered through Door Dash and this was the absolute worse delivery experience we've ever had. Not only was the food room temperature, which was to be expected because of the delievery distance, but our blackberry Izze Sparkling juice was missing. And don't get me started on the Buffalo Mac & Cheese. Not only was it burnt, it was dried out, chicken taste old/rewarmed, and was NOT a complete serving for $14.68. Like it lacked moisture and maybe was a handful of noodles. Closing Manger "TJ" assured us this will be resolved. Hopefully our next order and no ones else's comes out this way. One star? How about ZERO

Just left this location (6/26/22) after picking up an order and every item in my order was DELICIOUS! From the presentation, to the degree in which the food was cooked, and even the wait time, EVERYTHING went great! I am pleasantly surprised by having an all around great experience and the kitchen staff working tonight are doing an AMAZING job on the food! 5 out of 5 stars! :)

The service is amazing here! My waitress name was Omni and I can definitely say she was the absolute BEST waitress I’ve ever had! She checked on our table often, provided us with everything we needed when asked and also make sure the cooks cooked our food correctly! She never had an issue with helping us with anything, even though we were very needy. She was very patient. Not to mention the food was amazing. Best time ever! Definitely recommend and will be back! If you ever go to this Buffalo Wild Wings, I recommend asking for Omni if she is there!

This place closes at midnight...I got there at 10:30p. The waitress seemed to be rushing us to order and when sis brought the food out the chicken was cold. I told her to take it back and bring the bill for the appetizer I ate. I didn't feel like a welcomed, value guest. The M.O.D came asked what's the problem, apologized and offered to remake my food to-go. I accepted his apology & his offer but rest assured I probably won't be visiting this place again. Plus the place doesn't look clean..... there was many dirty tables and food all over the floor upon my entry to the place.

Third time I order in this place with delivery and alway they miss something but last time, was incredible they forget to send one plate of tradicional wings and fries Previous one they no sent the fries the. The deep ping, Horrible horrible the. I call them twice and they say they will be sent asap after one hour they sent no nothings, then we call them again and is over 30 minutes and nothing from buffalo wing
