I recently had the pleasure of visiting this Crepeworks to catch up with a longtime friend of mine, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we stepped in like, I was greeted with warm smiles and with genuine enthusiasm. What truly set this place apart was the exceptional service provided by their talented staff member, Kennedy. Kennedy's dedication to ensuring every customer has a delightful dining experience was evident from the get-go. Throughout my visit, Kennedy continued to check on me to ensure I was satisfied, and he gladly addressed any additional requests I had. It was evident that he genuinely cared about his customers' happiness and went above and beyond to make our dining experience unforgettable.

Kennedy was super kind and helpful. I haven’t been here in a few years since i’m not usually craving sweet foods (though they do serve savoury crepes as well) and they definitely upgraded their customer service. not that there was anything wrong with it before. the people were nice but seemed focused on the food rather than making conversation. kennedy asked me about my day and when i mentioned that i’d been fragrance shopping he talked about his favourite scents to gift his friends. it’s little interactions like these that make peoples days just a bit brighter.
